PCY-III-X materials high-temperature horizontal expansion coefficient tester
Product Detailed

Heating rate, experimental process controls parameters, including PID parameters and the way of communication.

PCY-III-X materials high-temperature horizontal expansion coefficient tester (X presents the temperature -196-2000°C, the whole series)

Main technical parameters:

1. Temperature range:-196°C~600°C, room temperature -1000°C/1400°C/1600°C/1700°C/2000°C,demand on customer.

2. Heating rate: 0.1 ~ 20K/min, conventional rate is below 5K/min. Make out special requirements before customizing.

3. Heating rate, experimental process controls parameters, including PID parameters and the way of communication. Arbitrary adjust, set, lock are realized by intelligent instrument in the whole process. Modifying the parameters is achieved by the host computer (the computer).

4. Scope and error of expansion measurement: ± 5 mm ± 0.1%, ± 2.5 mm ± 0.1%,

5. Temperature accuracy: ±1°C temperature records error≤±0.5%;at different tempera-

tures ,the heating elements are different and the controlling way are different too.

6. Expansion measurement resolution: 1um/digit; also can be 0.1um/digit

7. Sample size: length 50mm(max) or 25mm, diameter: 6~8mm(max)

8. Tested atmosphere: vacuum(10-1mbar), static and dynamic; inert or reactive gases, different vacuum requirements can be customized.

9. Sample state: solid, powder (with mold);

10. Samples bracket: quartz, alumina, etc.(based on the requirements).

11. Operating Environment: WINDOWS (xp/98) operating system;

12. It is for precise testing materials expansion or contraction in the process of heat treatment. It is suitable for the testing of ceramic, building materials, glass, refractories, metal or alloy, etc.

By applying PCY-III,you can accomplish the works as follows: thermal expansion coefficient, softening temperature, the sintering kinetics research, glass transitional temperature, phase changes, density changes, and sintering rate control (RCS).
