 KL electric heating roller way furnace is laboratory real simulation speed burning condition, possesses quick firing, flex adjusting, low operating cost and other features, applies to quick firing billet glaze material ingredient development, pigment, glaze pilot production and detection. Inorganic nonmetallic materials teaching, researching, factory small amount, minisize product manufacture. The series of roller way furnace is cuboid external form, furnace shell use edgefold welding sheet steel, hearth is made by polycrystal mullite refractory fibre material, heating element heater is silicon carbide rod, level up and down the block installation, four groups computer temperature controller temperature measurement and control, with rapid warming, effective energy saving features. Roller drive by frequency adjustable motor drive, speed adjustment range wide, low speed performance well. Electric control cabinet made alone.
