                                                    MIL-II Surface Tension Tester

  The equipment is used to test thin-film surface tension, that is to say, the surface wetting tension.

1. test range: 1-100 mN/m; minimum resolution: 0.1 mN/m, error: 0.5 mN/m, measurement speed: 50 data/s;

2. repeatability error: less than 0.3%;

3. test is mainly based on GB/T14216 Plastic-film and sheeting -Test method for wetting tension;

4. contact angle can be connected to computer by CCD camera to realize automatic testing, CCD is over three million pixels, image acquisition is no less than 30 investigation/s;

5. with chinese operation testing software, it can be automatically stored and printed out statements;

6. by connecting to computer to test the surface contact angle, and analyze the surface wettability by the size of contact angle;

7. the instrument provides manual and automatic sample injection for options;

8. manual and automatic upward-downward for options, ascending distance: 100mm;

9. temperature range: -10 to 130°C; temperature measurement: -60 to 450°C; two Pt100 (optional); temperature resolution: 0.01°C (optional);

10. can measure liquid's tension coefficient of different concentrations;

11. system basic configuration: testing mainframe, testing software.
